Infant Program
Starting at 6 weeks old
Development
Our infants receive tender care based on their individual needs and schedules. While cuddles and naps are a large part of our day, we offer activities that allow your child to explore his environment. Through music, art and play, we encourage the development of movement and motor coordination, as well as self-confidence and self-expression.
Professional Staff
Our ratio is one caregiver to four infants, in line with national standards, with additional staff available as needed. All of our caregivers have an early childhood education background, and are required to complete 25 hours a year of staff development. They are certified in CPR, first aid and water safety. When hired, caregivers undergo background checks that include fingerprinting. And many of our staff have worked at the center for more than a decade. So you can feel confident your child is in good hands.
Communication
Communication with you is a top priority. We encourage you to call or visit anytime during the day. We record the time of feedings, changings and naps. And using an app called Procare, we message you throughout the day with this information and with pictures so you don’t miss a thing.
When you’re running late for an appointment at the end of the day or just running late, a quick call to the center allows us to support you. We can have the baby changed and dressed to help you get on your way quickly.
Nursing & Nutrition
We provide baby food and formula and follow USDA guidelines for age-appropriate foods. If your baby is nursing, we encourage you to come to the center to maintain this special bond.
